Privacy Policy

The PCOS Protocol ("we," "us," "our") provides the free PCOS root-cause quiz and The PCOS Protocol at thepcosprotocol.online. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Name and email address — collected when you complete the free quiz or otherwise sign up to hear from us.
• Your PCOS type classification — a short code (one of IR, INF, ADR, or PP) generated from your quiz answers. This is the only quiz-related information that leaves your browser.
• Basic, aggregate site usage data — general traffic patterns (like request volume), visible to us as part of using Cloudflare for hosting and security. This data is not tied to your name or email and cannot identify you individually.

What we don't collect: your individual answers to the 8 quiz questions are scored entirely inside your own browser. They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers — only the final type result (e.g. "IR") is sent to our email system. Your personalised PDF report is also generated entirely on your device and is never uploaded anywhere.

How we use your information

• To send you your personalised quiz result and the related educational email sequence
• To send occasional updates about new content, offers, and resources
• To understand, in aggregate, how people use the site so we can improve it

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party services to run The PCOS Protocol. Each only receives the information it needs to do its job:

• MailerLite — our email delivery platform. Receives your name, email, and PCOS type to send your results and email sequence. See MailerLite's privacy policy.
• Gumroad — handles checkout if you purchase The PCOS Protocol. Gumroad processes your payment details directly; we never see or store your card information. See Gumroad's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — our website host, which also provides security and basic aggregate traffic data as a standard part of hosting. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site uses a small amount of temporary browser session storage only to remember whether you've dismissed a banner — this clears automatically when you close the tab and is never sent to us.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of every email.
• Request access to or deletion of your data by emailing hello@thepcosprotocol.online. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
• If you're located somewhere with specific data protection rights (for example, the UK, EU, or California), those rights apply to you, and we'll handle requests consistent with applicable law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed, or as needed to provide our services, and delete it upon a verified request as described above.

Children's privacy

The PCOS Protocol is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
